Amendment made to 04/18/2016 CC&R  recorded on 10/12/2023.  Changes were changing from 75% resident approval to 67% of residents approval (per State law).  Also, clarify Resident insurance responsibilities and clarify the term "Limited Common Area" and the HOA's responsibilities.  

The CC&R and Bylaws were approved by residents with 68% of the voting residents and recorded 03/08/2024.  This was changing the size of the board to 5 members instead of 7.  In the Bylaws we also added the condition that 2 residents from the same home may be a board member at the same time.
