Daily Hours: (Holidays included)

Residents and Guests 18 and Over 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Residents and Guests Under 18 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Residents and Guests Under 18 1:00 p.m.-7:00p.m. Wednesday only

• AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE POOL AREA, GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT RESIDENT WHO IS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. FINES CAN BE ISSUED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE. (Residents who cannot sit in the heat may monitor their guests from inside the Clubhouse as long as one of the guests is 18 or over.)

• THERE IS A 5 GUESTS AT ONE TIME RULE. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• SHOWERING BEFORE GOING INTO THE POOL IS MANDATORY (Department of Health). YOU ALSO NEED TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOU USE THE RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS.

• WHEN RENTING THE CLUBHOUSE, YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL.

If no individuals are swimming around 9-9:15, the pool can be closed. If residents are swimming, the pool will be kept open until 10:00 p.m.

Under no circumstances will a resident give their entrance key to a non-resident, visitor, guest, or maintenance worker. Residents found in non-compliance will lose their pool privileges.

1. Personal radios, boom boxes, etc. are only allowed with the use of headphones.

2. Individuals using the pool do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

3. All food and beverages in the pool area must always remain on the tables, not on the deck (concrete area) of the pool. Spilled drinks and foods attract ants and require additional cleaning of the area and pool.

4. An adult resident must accompany all persons under the age of 18 and inform guests of rules governing pool use.

5. Wet swim wear is allowed ONLY in the restrooms. Chlorine from the pool will damage the carpeting in the Clubhouse.

Prohibited in pool area: Diving, Running, Rough Play, Animals, Electrical devices, Rafts and Toy Floats, Excessive noise, Unsafe Activities, Glass or Metal objects.
